Since we started trading in 1980, our aim has been to make reliable useable IT resources available to companies and private individuals who need the facilities but don't want or haven't the time to become IT experts themselves
The early micro-computers were both unreliable and very unsophisticated, and we spent a lot of time repairing these computers: now they are more reliable but the software applications which run on them are very complex and sophisticated, so we spend more time resolving issues with the software than with hardware repairs.
What we want to provide to our customers has not changed:
We still want to provide "good old-fashioned service" to our customers
and strive to provide good quality service in a timely fashion at a reasonable price.
Our engineers work as a team, to ensure we give our customers service which is always expert and which is coming from someone who is knowledgeable in the specific area required. All staff are encouraged to participate in regular professional development via internal and external training so that their skills and knowledge are kept fresh and up-to-date.
